    Well said. We were taught this in medical school. Dementia is not a “normal” process. It’s not normal! Now, things can go awry with anyone. But just because you age, it does NOT mean you will get dementia! Great video, Tess.

    I was just listening to a Podcast from Wellness Mama and she had Dr. Kelly Brogan. She spoke on the subject of Depression but added endocrine issues as well. I listened to your youtube information on improving our health through thoughts…she said the exact same thing you just said! Incredible, incredible, incredible. If you ever get the chance to hear this…it is exactly what you just said, but she was given 1 hour. She graduated from MIT in neurosciences, was a psychiatrist, thought drugs were the answer for illness. She got sick, researched how to get well and will never, ever, ever write a prescription for medication again. Her practice has had a huge amount of success, without medication. She prescribes exactly your 3 points. Drug companies, thoughts/beliefs, and origins of foods. Just wanted to bring it up because it was a podcast directed to moms who want to live and raise a family in an organic, natural lifestyle.
