“I return my body to optimum health by giving it what it needs on every level.”
The most effective charms for healing are actually even simpler than the ones below: lots of fresh water, healthy food, relaxation, sleep, laughter, and – when you’re well enough – exercise.
Once you’re taking care of yourself on all the above levels, you can also powerfully support your body’s healing process with a positive vision and intention, made visible and tangible with one of the following crystal-and-herb charms. (You can feel free to make these for a loved one as well.)
NOTE: for all of these charms, it’s best if you can empower and activate the ingredients by placing or holding them in bright sunlight for at least a minute or two before assembling them into a charm. Then keep the charm as close as possible until your healing process is complete. (For example, when you’re not bathing, keep it in your pocket, under your pillow, or hanging around your neck.)
