Full Moon in Virgo: March 1, 2018, 5:52 P.M. MST
It doesn’t get much more magical than this full moon in Virgo with the sun in Pisces.
This is the moon/sun combination when fairies, elves, mermaids, unicorns, and all the other beings from all the realms in the multi-verse come out to dance and sing, to shine and sprinkle their love, joy and support on humans. It’s a time when humans can really tune into the magic of everything. We feel and see the interconnectedness of everything in an innocent and complete way.
It’s a time when our dreams have a greater power of creativity and manifestation. And we’re filled with so much joy and love, we are able to access the guidance that will help make those dreams happen.
The nature child is the archetype of this full moon. It helps us remember our own inner, magical, nature child. Our magical child is still there, whispering to us, reminding us we are magic, we are love, we are the joyful creation of a powerful, loving energy that honors our sacred journey.
We are reminded with this full moon that while our journey may be filled with challenges, twists and turns, drama, and uncertainty, we find our courage to face life and do acts of great courage from places of deep mystery and love.
The specific degree of this full moon is about unveiling mysteries and taking sacred action that supports our deepest dreams. Meditation and dreamtime are more powerful than usual right now, as is working with any form of divination we love: tarot, I Ching, oracle cards, or anything else.
The energies are open, strong, bright, and go deep into the core of our beings and deep into the core of the Divine. We can connect with, see, and communicate with our own deepest dreams as well as ancient wisdoms to bring them forward into the light of the present.
In ancient times of the Goddess, Virgo was the wisdom of the Triple Goddess – maiden, mother, grandmother. Specifically, the wisdom of Virgo was in relationship with resources – planting, tending, harvesting, distributing and storing for the next cycle. The Virgo wisdom can be applied to any area of life.
The Sun in Pisces with this full moon calls us to check in with ourselves to make sure we’re putting the pieces of our own puzzle together, not conforming to anyone else’s picture. It’s also about our individual willingness to assume our responsibilities. This includes defining responsibility as responding to our abilities and gifts.
With Saturn still in Capricorn, doing our work, working hard – even if that means one baby step at a time – is still what we’re doing. Stay focused on our purpose, our path, our reason for being here. Stay aware of what’s going on around us that could throw us off, cause us to take our eyes off the prize, and create the boundaries that we each need.
Saturn in Capricorn can help Pisces with boundary building, that’s for sure.
This Virgo moon helps us feel an earthy grounding of our intuition and our sense of security. It gives us a solid place to stand as the sun in Pisces shines light on our sense of wonder at the depth, beauty, and sacredness of literally everything in this big multi-verse of ours.
This solar cycle of Pisces and the blessings of the Virgo full moon reawaken our sense of interconnectedness, our innate sacredness, our REAL connection with other realms, our belief in fairies, mermaids, unicorns, elves, and all the other beings of other realms. These energies remind us that life is about joy, living, loving and taking sacred action to manifest our most loving and beautiful dreams.
As we make our way through these times, may the realms of sweetness and love bless us all and help us to remember to live life, and love one another with courage and sacred action, and to laugh and play with the lightheartedness of the children in our hearts. Blessed Be.
