Full Moon Spell to Attract All Wonderful Things

Perform this all-purpose full moon spell to become a magnet for blessings of all varieties.

The full moon is expansive, nourishing, and energizing.

Performing this spell will channel all that energy toward increasing your luck: your ability to irresistibly attract all wonderful things into your life experience, including money, love, happiness, and success.

Ingredients:

A red rose
1/4 cup sea salt
An 8-oz Mason jar with lid
A clear quartz crystal point, cleansed with sunshine, sage smoke, and/or running water
Cinnamon
Patchouli or vetiver essential oil (or both)
Sunflower oil

Draw a warm bath, possibly by candlelight. Add the sea salt and the petals from the rose to the water. Stir with your hand in a clockwise direction until the salt is dissolved. Get into the bath and feel your personal magnetism being activated and enlivened. Imagine that you really and truly are the luckiest and most fortunate person you know. Feel extremely grateful for this, and imagine any conditions you’d like to attract as already being 100% present in your life experience.

Dry off and dress in something both comfortable and lovely. Sit comfortably in front of the remaining ingredients. Breathe deeply and center yourself. When you feel ready, place the crystal in the mason jar. Sprinkle it with cinnamon. Add 4-10 drops of essential oil. Cover all of it with the sunflower oil, filling the jar to around half full. Affix the lid and combine by shaking gently or lightly swirling in a clockwise direction. As you do so, say:

Radiant moon of luminous light,
Activate my luck this night.
Awaken me to the blessing each moment brings,
And make me a magnet to wonderful things.

Lightly anoint your forehead, throat, heart, and belly with the oil. Repeat the anointing process once per day until the next full moon.

Did you try this full moon spell? What did you think?

    Hi Tess,

I love your site, videos and this post. I’d like to try this ritual or something similar, but I’m a beginner and don’t have a quartz crystal point. Could you suggest a substitute or alternative ritual?

    Thanks so much,
    x Robyn

Thanks, Robyn! If you have another crystal that feels right, you can use that. Moonstone, sunstone, or citrine would work nicely?

Thanks very much for replying so quickly. Actually, I don’t have anything, so perhaps tomorrow will include a quick look for a crystal. Should it be in a point or would any shape be okay?

    Hi Tess!

Thank you so much for sharing this, I just finished and it is truly magical, I loved it!

Should the saying be done everyday when anointing with the oil or just the one time after combining everything in the jar?

    With much love and gratitude,
    Laurie

Hi Laurie! So glad you loved it! You don’t need to do the chant every day, but it wouldn’t hurt if you’d like to.

    Hi TESS!

I am a member of RSLC and I have not been active as I should be. This is the first bath ritual ever that I’ve experienced and I loved it. I’m a total newbie with all of this.

    I have 2 questions:
    1) I sprinkled way too much cinnamon (and the essential oils a bit more than 10 drops) over the crystal, does that change the effectiveness of the mixture?

    2) Is there a specific way to dispose of the rose petals?

Thanks so much for sharing this rituals! ❤

Hi Evelyn! So glad you loved the bath ritual! No, you should be fine, as long as you don’t have overly sensitive skin. And, you can put the rose petals outside on the earth or in a compost bin. If you’ve already disposed of them in another way, though, no worries.

Hi Tess! I love this spell. Tonight I am getting together with 2 girlfriends, and we were looking for a great spell to do together. We are all new to doing spells, and I was wondering if we could somehow adapt this to do together without having to jump into a bath together ;). You may not be able to get back to me before this evening, but I thought I would try nonetheless!

Thanks so much, and Happy Full Moon!

Ellie, if your intuition guides you to the new moon, I’d follow it.

Hi Jenn! Cinnamon is aligned with the bright energy of the fire element and the sun. It draws luck, sweetness, and abundance and promotes a high and positive vibration.

Just be careful – maybe don’t pour sea salt over your head so you don’t hurt your eyes. It’s really all about intention, so if you set a clear intention and your actions help support that intention, you’re good.

Katie, what would you like to use instead? I encourage choosing your own substitutes.

If you haven’t a bathtub, do it as a foot bath.
