As promised, here’s a step-by-step guide to the process:

1. Relax. Breathe consciously. Settle into your body.
2. Connect with the core of the earth. Send a pillar of ruby-red light from your root chakra to the center of the earth. Bring ruby-red light up into your body until it reaches your heart.
3. Connect with the cosmos. Send a pillar of sky blue light up from your crown chakra and into the sky and space. Bring sky blue light down into your body and aura until it reaches your heart.
4. See and sense purple/violet fire at your heart as the two colors and energies mix.
5. Breathe in and see the light get hotter and more vibrant. Breathe out and see it get bigger. Continue until you see and sense your entire body an aura surrounded in a sphere of violet fire.
6. Feel/sense/imagine this violet fire transforming every cell, atom, vibration, and emotion into pure positivity and blessings: that which is for your highest and truest good.
7. Call on Divinity to surround you in a protective sphere of golden-white light, in which only love remains, through which only love may enter. Sense this light spinning gently in a clockwise direction to seal in the positivity.
8. Give thanks to God/Goddess/All That Is.
