    For me its the attached emotions and memories, whenever I make my mind for decluttering I get emotional and just couldn’t proceed further with dumping them.

    What do you suggest? How can I overcome this excuse?

      Alex, are they sentimental items that cause this challenge? Or can just any clutter cause you to feel emotional?
