Find and acquire your perfect home with this powerful spell.
Few things can be as exciting – or as stressful! – as the process of finding and buying a home.
Lucky for you, you’re magical! So you can work this spell to magnetize the home that is perfect for you.
In this ritual, you’ll be working with Hestia, the Greek goddess of hearth and home.
It’s best to perform this spell on a Thursday when the moon is between new and full.
Ingredients:
Paper
Pen
Red or burgundy candle
Lighter or matches
Dinner plate
Vitex powder
Whole cloves
Wine glass
Good red wine
A wine opener
As spell preparation, sit comfortably with pen and paper. At the top, write, “OUR (or MY) NEW HOME.” Then make a list of all the features and qualities you desire in your home, including how you feel in it, how surprisingly easy it is to find and purchase, and the price range that is ideal for you. As you write, do your best to feel as if you are excitedly describing a place that is already yours. Take your time and write multiple drafts if necessary until it feels just right. Once it’s complete, feel gratitude for this home, again as if it’s already yours.
Fold the paper twice, folding toward yourself both times. Place it in the center of the dinner plate and put the candle on top. Sprinkle a small amount of cloves and vitex around the outside of the candle on the plate.
Light the candle and say:
Hestia, I call on you.
Set the wine glass near the dinner plate with candle. Open the wine and pour a glass. Say:
Hestia, I lovingly offer you this libation.
Radiant goddess, I humbly request that you help magnetize this home into our (my) life.
By your powers of warmth, laughter, sustenance, and safety, please unite us (me) with this home swiftly, perfectly, and in a divine manner.
Hestia, gratitude! For sharing your beauty and blessings! Gratitude!
If you’d like, pour yourself – and, optionally, any loved ones who will join you in the home – a glass of wine. Toast to Hestia and your new home (again, gratefully celebrating as if you’ve already found and purchased it), and drink.
Either way, allow the candle to burn all the way down. For safety purposes, it’s OK if you need to extinguish it and re-light it at intervals over the next few days.
After a few hours have passed, take the wine glass outside and offer its contents to the earth.
Continue to feel gratitude whenever you think of your move and your new home.

Hi Heidi! This herb is aligned with the goddess Hestia, who presides over home and hearth. Well, if your friend is doing this spell already I don’t think you need to do it for her also. But you can certainly send support by lighting a candle and visualizing her and her family happy in their new home.

We didn’t think we would get it as there was so much interest, 5 offers. The next morning we got a call saying our offer was accepted and it was the perfect amount, we beat the next two offers by just 2000. Hi Tess! I have a question :: with the upcoming eclipses I have been seeking out a spell to put on the home I am renting, in hopes the owners will sell it to us. They purchased this home as a place to retire, they are in & from Seattle – we live south of Reno – so there is room for mind changing + circumstances changing. Is there any specific tweaks to this spell you would suggest for my circumstance? Hi Ty! I would not recommend putting a spell on a specific house, especially one that the owners may or may not want to sell. Instead, do a ritual for the best possible house for you. That way, if this current one IS and the owners DO want to sell, you will be open to receiving it. Otherwise, something even better will come your way.
