The focal points of my work are self-love, self-kindness, and unconditional self-approval.
For over a decade now, I’ve been writing spiritual books and oracle decks, offering free meditations and other inspiring videos, and offering metaphysical healing modalities like Akashic Clearing and Feng Shui.
Over the past couple of years (I’m writing this in 2022), I’ve realized how much ableism, spiritual bypassing, and victim-blaming have been interwoven into new age and alternative spirituality.
The realization was disheartening at first, but then it became empowering. It clarified that spirituality is not about being perfect, or perfectly healthy, or never running into any issues or challenges. It’s about learning to navigate this messy life experience with self-compassion and self-care. Making positive changes when we can and recognizing when we can’t. Having good boundaries and acknowledging our own needs while also caring for our fellow humans as best we can.
And doing it all imperfectly. And learning to forgive ourselves for that. And then waking up the next morning and trying again.
There’s no enlightenment. There’s no pinnacle where we are finally healed, whole, and problem-free. There’s just this winding, spiraling path. Where does it lead? Maybe nowhere. But maybe where it leads isn’t the point. Maybe the point is walking the path with love.
Hi! Welcome. Thanks for walking the path with me.
