The Witch Is In: A Peek At My New Oracle Deck

A deck that celebrates powerful feminine energy in all its forms—mythic, historical, and divine.

The Wild Witch Oracle - Out Now

The Wild Witch is about to be unveiled.

Australia, it’s here!

United States, it’s here in August, and you can pre-order now.

Other countries, I don’t know for sure yet when you will have it. But I hope soon.

Just take a look at the majesty:

The brave spirits of this deck―the queens, shapeshifters, and rebels―are here to call you back to your native wildness: to remind you that you are wise, independent, empowered, and free.

Featuring 44 bold heroines voiced by [me] Tess Whitehurst and beautifully illustrated by artist Tammy Wampler, The Wild Witch Oracle delivers messages that enliven your courage to create a life that’s truly authentic. From astrological goddesses to nature sprites, faerie queens to historical monarchs, the supernatural and the human collide, awakening your innate divine powers.

What do you yearn for? Feel into your question and draw a card. These feminine role models will respond with practical guidance to shake up the status quo and reclaim your rightful inheritance ― your primordial power and unique magic.

With The Wild Witch Oracle, I wanted to create a deck that celebrates powerful feminine energy in all its forms—mythic, historical, and divine. In it, you’ll find figures like Queen Mab and Oshun alongside Freya, Aradia, and Queen Victoria—icons who held their own in a world that often didn’t know what to make of their power. They’ll show you how to claim your space, own your energy, and embody mystery and strength in equal measure. At a time when the old structures are crumbling and the new ones are still being dreamed into being, this wisdom feels more vital than ever.

This deck will make a lovely addition to your self-care practice and magical toolkit. Get it here.

  1. You’re welcome Tess. Thanks for the ideas on choosing a deck to use. I’m still enjoying this deck on a daily basis. The art is beautiful and the messages filled with insight. They help me begin each day in a positive light.

I’ll definitely leave a review at Amazon and also Barnes and Noble where I ordered the deck. They are still showing as a preorder on both sites so I feel blessed to have had mine sent out early.

      1. They are beautiful! I appreciate that you share information on preparing the cards for use. I prepared mine this morning and the first reading provided much thought provoking insight.

Is there a specific way that you suggest choosing between your decks to do a personal reading?

        1. Lannette, I’m excited that you got yours already! To answer your question, I kind of look at all of them and see which one seems to be sort of glowing or calling out to me the most. Like, one will seem more appealing than the others.

Also, Amazon reviews won’t be open for the deck until August 8th, if you wouldn’t mind, I would be honored if you’d write one. You can do that here: https://amzn.to/3UHxEwe

          1. I wasn’t able to leave a review at Amazon. I left one at Good Reads and Barnes and Noble where I purchased them. I’ll keep checking Amazon. The first paragraph in the book totally describes me at 12. I’m still using the cards daily and just loving the input and guidance they provide.
