5 Gratitude Rituals to Attract Abundance and Luck
These 5 gratitude rituals help you attract abundance and good luck by shifting your energy and deepening your sense of appreciation.

Cultivating gratitude has fabulous benefits.
And, what we focus on expands. In focusing on all the things we treasure and adore, we naturally magnetize even more to be grateful for.
Here are 5 simple gratitude rituals that will help you increase your gratitude and, in the process, attract prosperity, boost your luck, and get the snowball of positivity rolling.
1. Dance Your Gratitude

Every morning, for at least seven days straight, put on a celebratory song. Then, dance with joy to celebrate all that you are and all that you have. Celebrate the love in your life. Celebrate all that you’ve learned. Celebrate far you’ve come. And remember to dance like no one’s watching! (Because they aren’t…unless of course you’re doing this with your partner or kids, which would also be a great idea.)
Every day you do this, you’ll be amazed at how much more gratitude you feel and how many wonderful things you attract.
(Here’s my favorite song for this purpose, but yours may be different.)
2. Feel Gratitude for What You Have, Then Share It

We can tend to take our abundance for granted. For example, having plenty of food to eat and clean water to drink is a luxury many of us forget to acknowledge. So try this. Notice something you already have an abundance of, and then share it. For example, you can donate food to a food bank, donate to a charity that feeds people, or donate to a charity that helps provide clean water for people who need it.
When you take an action like this, it’s a powerful message to yourself: I am already rich.
And so it’s a powerful way to draw even more abundance into your life.

3. Text Your Gratitude for seven days

Think of seven people you’re grateful to have in your life. Starting today and for the following six days, send a text to each one, letting them know how grateful you are to have them in your life. Take a moment to consider one thing you especially appreciate about them: their smile, their laugh, or just knowing they’re always there if you need to talk. Then shoot them a text from the heart, like: “I’m just thinking about you and how much I love your smile (or how much I appreciate your wisdom, how much I love laughing with you). Thank you.”
You’re going to feel pretty good after those seven days, believe me. The positive energy will be flowing.
4. Bake Something and Infuse it with Gratitude

Whether you’re a regular baker or a once-in-a-while hobbyist, the next time you whip something up, feel gratitude and send it straight from your heart and into the batter or dough. Light candle and put on some heartfelt music while you bake. Keep bringing your mind around to all the sweet blessings that are already present in your life: the people, situations, items, and activities. While your treat is baking, direct your palms toward the oven and send even more gratitude to the food.
Whomever eats the treat will internalize the gratitude and receive a magical boost of positive vibes. Plus, all that positive energy you created will go out into the world and come back to you, multiplied.
5. Create Gratitude-Themed Art

Pretty much any art or craft can be created with gratitude in mind. So whatever you’re in the mood to create – whether it’s a garment, a collage, a blanket, a painting, an ornament, a song, or literally anything else – create it with an attitude of gratitude. Begin by thinking about all that you’re grateful for, and then let that gratitude spill over into the tangible beauty you create through your creative effort. Then wear it, hang it on your wall, use it, or better yet, give it as a gift (or multiple gifts) for the holidays. That way, you’ll be spreading not only beauty, but also the invisible power of gratitude. You’ll set in motion waves of positive change in your life, the life of your gift recipient(s), and the life of the world.
What are you grateful for? For a bonus gratitude practice and to get the ball rolling, write about your blessings in the comments below.
And please come back and comment if you try any of these gratitude rituals! I’d love to know how you feel.
