Capricorn Full Moon Ritual for Focused Manifestation

What you’ll need:

• A white, off-white, or brown candle

• An incense or essential oil from the list below

• An incense holder or oil burner (and lighter) or oil diffuser 

• Pen and paper

• Optional: one or more Capricorn-aligned crystals (see below)

1. Set the mood.
Light your candle and your chosen scent. Let the flame and fragrance begin to soften your energy and bring you into presence.

2. Breathe and center.
Sit comfortably. Take a few deep, grounding breaths. Let your thoughts settle. Feel your weight on the earth. Let your awareness fill your body.

3. Write your goals.
Now, write out your goals and intentions in the present tense, as if they’re already happening. Include every area of your life—career, love, creativity, health, home, family, money, magic. Let yourself dream, but also think in practical, grounded terms. What do you truly want to build?

Note: Even if you’ve written out your goals recently, do it again. You’ve likely grown since then. Use this moment to recalibrate.

4. Extinguish the candle.
Once you’ve finished writing, blow out the candle and put out the incense. You’re not done yet—but you’ve planted the seeds.
