It’s great to be focused on reaching your goals and manifesting your desires, but what’s it all for if we don’t soak in the blessings that we have in this very moment? Plus, it’s so much easier to receive blessings when we are in a state of flow.
In this video, it’s my intention to help point you toward and guide you into an auspicious and delightful quality of consciousness you might call a flow state.
Here’s where you can pre-order my new deck, THE ORACLE OF PORTALS.

Whenever fall comes around I always associate it with two songs: (California dreaming by the mamas and papa’s ) and ( seasons change by the bangles) . The lyrics capture this season perfectly. There is a moody edge of introspection, a sense of time moving on. JAfter losing my parents to the passage of time, the poignant feelings well up inside and truly I now know what my parents meant. They told me of the day when they would be gone and only their memories would be left. I didn’t want to picture them weak, dying or gone. I pushed it out of my mind until one day it was time for them to transition. My parents celebrated all seasons and even a simple outing for ice cream was a special reason to dress up a little and go out, enjoying each other’s company. Now my husband practices this. After the passing of my parents I smelled phantom smells of the banana pancakes my dad used to make and remembered how we would enjoy our brunch together. My husband began to make banana pancakes every weekend just like my dad did. My daughter asked why daddy started making banana pancakes, he told her “ your mama is sad and misses her parents and the pancakes comfort her.” This weekly ritual healed my sad heart greatly. when I loss my business, my parents, the cat sanctuary volunteer job, he was there to comfort me and remind me to just “be”. He said with certainty to not worry and just go with the flow and see where all this change will take me.
