Hold a black tourmaline in one hand while you sleep. Be sure to cleanse it by setting it in a sunny windowsill during the day.
Cut back on caffeine, or switch out your coffee with tea. Also try not to drink caffeine during the second half of the day.
Keep your bedroom clean and clutter-free.
Make sure your bed is super comfy: prioritize it!
Put a few drops of essential oil of lavender on your pillow before bed. (It will evaporate.)
