As we enter the Year of the Yin Water Rabbit, let us exit the relationships, habits, conditions, and qualities that no longer serve us (or that never served us in the first place).
We always have the inner authority to say no to patterns and trips that aren’t authentic to us, such as guilt, obligation, codependency, and societal expectations. We also get to decide when we’re ready to let go of a relationship, no matter how close or longstanding it may be.
But right now, a portal is open that will help us to say goodbye forever to the stuff we’d like to release.
So whatever it is, ciao, adieu, and sayonara sweetie! Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Recently I went on a trip and participated in a group healing meditation about the rabbit /cat new year. There was a crystal sacred geometry grid in the center of the group circle. Sacred drumming music, flute, elemental sounds, aromatic incense. I focused onto the grid and went deep. Rooting deeply, connecting to the plants, trees, minerals, earth core. Reaching, branching out to connect with the cosmos, becoming powerfully supported. I eventually became one with the grid and in my vision I was a sacred dancer adorned in feathers and crystal accessories ablaze in flame. Then I was in a rainbow river and sacred opalescent waterfall. I saw my lost career, previous animals I loved at the sanctuary, then my deceased parents…. I began crying, drowning. Then desolate, damp transitioned to the most peaceful rich green garden with cats and bunnies and birds, flowers and my parents saying that they’re okay. I told them that I still miss them and hold their memories in my heart. I told them that I will always love and remember them, then I thanked them and woke up. The vision showed me letting go of my lost business, my parents, my position at the cat sanctuary. My parents showed me that they are okay and I am truly not alone. This year is my fresh start as I create my new way of living.
