If we’re going to put a value judgment on our meditation abilities, we’re all bad meditators.
So instead of setting the unattainable goal of being “good” at it, make the goal to be bad at it. Every single day.
Did this video inspire you to make meditation a regular habit? Or to be easier on yourself when your mind wanders? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

My parents meditated daily, numerous times of the day. Every mundane chore was filled with prayers of gratutude and envisioned God’s light blessing all. I was brought up this way but sometimes I get distracted and would later get back into it again. Recently I was very scattered and took a bit of time to connect with the divine. My answer was “ it is what it is. You are here now, It doesn’t matter. Perfection is not needed to connect. For everyday is integration, living mindfully is part ofit”Then I did a rune and Oracle spread. The reading turned out exactly like the guidance I got when I connected with the divine. I have never really connected with either tools of divination. I usually go deep and get guidance or pendulum or dreams. But the cards snd runes were spot on for the first time. I felt it was a sign telling me that it’s ok that my meditation was not smooth or I didn’t get anything done that was constructive. Sometimes I feel like I need a break or space of silence between the notes of life , like it doesn’t have to be awe inspiring or incredible. Thank you for this video.
