3 Surefire Ways to Improve Your Vibration and Shift Your Mood

Here are three things that work for me EVERY TIME I want to lift my vibration and shift my mood. All three of them are simple, easy, and accessible. Give them a try and let me know how it goes in the comments!


Vibration lifter / mood shifter #1: Listen to music! Also dance, drive, or color. Here is The Tarot Coloring Book I’m currently working my way through.

Vibration lifter / mood shifter #2: Take a walk outside. It can be short or long, in a city or out in nature. Extra credit for walking barefoot on grass or sand.

Vibration lifter / mood shifter #3: Take a shower or bath with the intention to cleanse and invigorate your energy.

    Excellent suggestions! I always find you so uplifting.

    I totally agree about matching your mood to the music. My tastes in music are very eclectic, so I just go with what a feel like, but music always helps me to deal with whatever emotions I’m feeling. And coloring! I find it so relaxing. I will check out your link.

    I am disabled, and I can’t walk very far, but just getting out in nature, especially if there are flowers and trees, always shifts my mood. And even if I can’t walk, I can still move, along with music, or to do certain yoga poses or dance moves. I find nature very healing.

    I do like the idea of a shower “shifting” my energy. I have often thought of it as washing away negativity, but I think I like your idea of stirring up the good energy while getting rid of the negative even better.
