#1 Place to Start Clearing Clutter: Your Fridge
There is something so liberating about getting rid of all the expired and unwanted stuff and making the inside of the fridge sparkle like new. Just think: every time you open the fridge for the next few months, you’ll feel so organized and refreshed.
Also how’s this for inspiring: while all clutter clearing helps you naturally desire healthier foods, clearing clutter from your kitchen especially helps with this.
Clearing clutter from the bathroom makes your morning routine so much easier, which instantly frees up more time, which will come in handy for clearing clutter from other places in your house…but don’t think about that now! Just think about the bathroom. Bathrooms are small. You can totally clear a bathroom in, like, an hour!
#3 Place to Start Clearing Clutter: Your Bedroom Closet
You know what’s really fun? Taking everything out of your closet. Everything. Every single thing. Then sweep, dust, and/or vacuum the inside and maybe even smudge in there with some natural incense or an aromatherapy spray. Then only put clothes back in that you actually love and feel great in. Donate the rest or shlep it all to a clothes swap.
The self-esteem fortifying power of opening your closet and only seeing clothes you feel great about cannot be overstated. Even if there are only a few things left in there, go with it! Once you set the boundary with yourself – only flattering clothes that fit with my style allowed – it will be much easier to naturally attract a wardrobe you adore and that is perfect for you in every way. And you’ll feel so confident, you’ll want to keep on clearing and clearing and clearing! …But not yet! First, become the master of your closet. Then, before you know it, you’ll be the master of your home, your community, and your world.
