You will not master your magic by doing a spell every now and then. You will master your magic by showing up for the “boring” stuff again and again, for months, years, and even decades. I’m talking about grounded practices like meditating, spending technology-free time in nature, and paying attention to your body and breath.
Cultivating present moment awareness is the vein of gold that gives you access to your power, your intuition, and your joy. It’s what helps you to fine-tune your energy as needed, throughout each day, depending on how you feel and what you are experiencing.
Because magic is not an event: it is a way of life. You will tap into the most magic when you see your spiritual path not as a glamorous, elevated adventure but rather as a mindful, practical, everyday thing.
Here’s where you can watch FLOWERS AS SPIRITUAL TEACHERS at 7PM Central on April 20th, 2023.
Reminds me of all my parents believed in and tried to incorporate in their day to day living. My mom always used to say to get right back up and try again, tomorrow is another day we live, only God or the divine can be perfect all the time. My dad also used to say that we should strive to connect with heaven and earth, but sometimes things happen and we forget. He said that spirit travels in the air, and breathing itself is connecting. He also used to love the sea shore and always felt powered up after a picnic there. I remember them tending to their garden and being out in nature, so free. They were very practical and always tried to practice meditation, connecting with heaven and earth.
Redhen, your parents sound like such wonderful spiritual teachers.
